Information on exercising the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, actually received the last shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (L COMMERCE SNC, address: Contact Center, 94200 Ivry sur Seine, telephone: Contact Center, email: Contact Center) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use this sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to submit a notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period.

Effect of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different standard delivery method than the cheapest one we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we became aware of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, we will refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not incur any costs for such a refund. We may suspend the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you return the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period, this period is deemed to have been met.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for diminution in the value of the goods caused by the handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Goods that are not eligible for return include:

● Goods that are easily perishable or expire quickly (fresh goods, goods taken out of the cold chain, unsealed food or hygiene products, etc.); hygiene and perfume products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons: such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorants, etc.);

● Newspapers, periodicals or magazines

● Goods that are customized or clearly personalized according to consumer specifications; audio, video recordings or computer software (DVDs, CDs, etc.) that have been opened after the customer receives them;

● Goods that are easily perishable and easily deteriorate quickly: such as pre-packaged goods
